SOLUTION
Because Envative had already built the mobile app for DGA’s affiliates, creating the mobile app for DGA Security’s customer base got on the fast track. As in our first project together, DGA provided their objectives, many of the specs and wireframes for the new app. While this isn’t the norm, our development team was happy to have these parameters to work with. From there, Envative worked in partnership with DGA to clarify information and make some additional design changes to improve the app’s user interface and user experience (UI/UX). When hiccups arose with DGA’s supporting web services, we pitched in to help with guidance and recommendations to improve the handling within their internal back-end systems.
